Delivery and Returns
Whilst we have plans to take on the world and the world is our oyster so to speak, for the moment we aim to deliver to Mainland UK.
If you are based elsewhere, please contact us and we will endeavour to find out postage costs to your region.
At the moment, post and packing has been included with every illustrated price, for each individual item. If you do want to purchase more than one item, please do contact us and we can send out an updated payment request which will include a postage amendment. We hope to change the postage rate system in the near future but at present the e-commerce site we have built operates postage on a weight system and not on each individual item because the software is mostly US specific, where there postal systems are based solely on weight sent.
Most items are in stock. For stock items we endeavour to deliver in 2-3 working days.
For non standard items such as limited edition items, these can take up to 14 working days to deliver as they are all handmade.
If an item is out of stock for any reason, we will contact you with an approximate delivery time.
Whilst we will always endeavour to please our customers, there may be the odd occasion when you need to apply for a refund.
On these rare occasions, you must first contact us and inform Salty Seas of your wish to be refunded. You have the right to cancel up to 7 days from the initial order of goods as specified in the distance selling regulations.
Goods must be returned to Salty Seas in the same condition that they were sent at the buyers expense within 7 days of receipt.
The buyer will be responsible for any Goods that have been damaged in transit when being returned so ensure that the Goods are well packaged to avoid this. We always endeavour to package the Goods to our customers to avoid any damage but we are not responsible for the behaviour of the delivery company.
Refund payments are issued by the same payment method. Under no circumstances do we return money into another name or account.
Because of the nature of our products, especially photographs, prints and handmade pictures, we respectfully ask that they are kept away from heat sources because of their nature. If we feel that any damage caused is due to this, we will not offer a refund.
